Chase makes a lot of his tack and equipment, from mecate reins to rawhide bosals. He also hand ties his own rope halters, complete with fiador knot.
Chase: "I like a rope halter. It's flexible and fits the horse well. There are no metal buckles or rings that could rub on him. The rope is sensitive enough to transmit my signal clearly to the horse. Leadropes are knotted to the halter to keep this clear signal. That way, too, there are no clips or snaps that could break and hurt him."
Chase is always learning new skills and crafts, and when he has a surplus of a good quality item, it will be listed here for sale. If what you are looking for is not listed, please get in touch to put in a custom order.
